Based in Cupertino, California, and led by two Silicon Valley recruiting vets that have known each other far too long, Venture Staffing provides search and managed staffing services to technology companies throughout the SF Bay Area. Our mission is to become a preferred provider of staffing services to clients and candidates that appreciate the value created through the development of lasting, two-way relationships.

Steve Dyson, Managing Partner
Steve has been recruiting for Silicon Valley technology companies for over 15 years. Prior to founding Venture Staffing in 2003, he worked for Technology Search International (TSI), starting out as a Technical Recruiter and steadily progressing to Vice President and Partner. In 1998 TSI started an affiliate company, Montage Solutions, to focus on contract placement/consulting and Steve was responsible for its creation and management. With hundreds of successful searches and multiple managed staffing projects under his belt, Steve's recruiting experience spans most functional verticals with a current emphasis on mid and senior-level management searches. A graduate of San Jose State University, Steve holds a BS in Public Relations.

Scott Cadagan, Partner
Scott has been recruiting for Silicon Valley technology companies for over 13 years. Prior to joining Venture Staffing in 2004, he worked for Technology Search International (TSI), starting out as a Technical Recruiter and steadily progressing to become one of their top billing Account Managers and Recruiters. With hundreds of successful searches and multiple managed staffing projects under his belt, Scott's recruiting experience spans all facets of staffing Engineering/R&D teams. A graduate of San Jose State University, Scott holds a BS in Environmental Science.
